JitQ.tech provides enterprise software and professional services. Refund eligibility depends on the commercial instrument governing your purchase — such as an order form, subscription agreement, or statement of work. This policy summarizes typical principles; your executed contract controls where specifics differ.
Subscriptions and licenses
For recurring subscriptions or time-bound licenses, fees are generally non-refundable for periods already elapsed or activated entitlements, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Mid-cycle cancellations may be subject to notice periods and early termination fees described in your agreement.
Professional services
Consulting, implementation, and managed services are typically billed based on milestones or time and materials. Delivered work product and consumed capacity are not refundable; any credit or remediation is handled through the dispute or governance process in your contract.
Deposits and pilots
Pilot or proof-of-concept engagements may require a deposit. Unless the order form states otherwise, deposits cover reserved capacity and setup — they may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

If you believe a billing error occurred or wish to discuss exceptional circumstances, contact our team with your agreement reference, invoice numbers, and a concise description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days.
