- You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.
- No further charges will be made after a valid cancellation is processed.

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Bank or payment processor fees may apply and could affect the refund amount.

Demo requests and initial consultations are typically free. Any fees for paid demos, workshops, or assessments will be communicated in advance. Refund terms for such engagements will be specified in the relevant quote or agreement.
